Privacy Policy

Finequitygroup LLC (“FinEquity Group,” “we” or “us”) operates finequitygroup.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the inquiry form on our Contact page, we receive:

• the type of project you select (Development, Design, Construction, Investment, Consulting or Not sure yet)
• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• the details you write about your project

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, including any photos you attach. Photos taken on phones can contain hidden details such as the date and the location where the photo was taken. If you’d rather not share that, remove the location information before sending.

Information collected automatically. Our Site doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Like every website, though, the services that deliver the Site process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested:

• Cloudflare hosts the Site and processes this information to deliver pages and protect the Site from attacks.
• Google Fonts supplies the Site’s typefaces, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

• respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your project or property
• understand your property and goals before we speak
• keep a record of our conversations with you

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We don’t send marketing emails. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

How information is shared

Your inquiry is seen only by our own team. We don’t pass it to anyone outside FinEquity Group, apart from the service providers that run our website and email, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Formspree receives and delivers contact form submissions to our email.
• Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365) hosts our business email.
• Cloudflare hosts the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Cookies

Our Site itself doesn’t set cookies, and we don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors from automated traffic. We may add website analytics in the future to understand how visitors use the Site. Before we do, we’ll update this policy to name the tool and what it collects and, where required, ask for your consent.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails and any attachments as part of our business records, and we don’t routinely delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

How we protect information

The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions travel encrypted to our form provider and email. Access to our inbox is limited to our team. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as financial account or Social Security numbers through the form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it

Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we’ll honor requests as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

The Site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Site or practices change. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
